Dr Fouzan is associated with Millat Nursing Home Since 2016. He had completed MBBS, from MUHS, Nashik in 2008 and M.D (Pathology) from Padmashree Dr. D.Y Patil Deemed University, Navi Mumbai in 2015.

During post graduation he had done practice in various fields such as, Histopathology, Cytopathology, Haematology, Laboratory medicine, clinical pathology, Transfusion medicine and blood bank.
